This quote reflects purchased laboratory time. Personnel and facilities must be allocated as specified. The scheduled time includes equipment setup/tear down, testing, and data generation. The price quoted is based upon the services requested and will not be adjusted due to early completion. If additional time is required due to problems or issues with your equipment, your authorization will be necessary to extend beyond allocated time. Additional time will be billed at the applicable rate.

• Schedule Changes within 2 business days of the scheduled time will be charged the lesser of $100.00 USD.
• Canceled purchase orders must be covered by the total amount of the proposal.
• Unless otherwise stated, quotation does not include any additional fees (Shipment product, Agency Listing Fees, etc.)
• A Purchase Order is required to begin testing/developing.
• GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV will use the latest published IEC standard test methods, unless otherwise requested (For Testing Purpose).
• If shipping is required, the customer may either provide GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV with a carrier and account number or be billed at our costs plus 10%. The customer is responsible for delivery and collection of the test specimens to/from GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV’s test sites.
• Issuance of the PO, and/or scheduling of the test will be considered acceptance of the proposal.
• The testing quoted herein is based on testing at the GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV location listed in the schedule. 
• Reports will only be issued if a product complies unless otherwise agreed, however a copy of test results will be issued upon request.
• Quotation assumes set-up time of system is no longer than 30 minutes. If longer, please be aware that additional time may be required which may be subject to additional costs.
• We assume your equipment will run continuously with minimal time needed (i.e. less than 5 minutes) to re-setup/restart the equipment when moving from Lab to Lab.
• Client to provide support equipment required to exercise and monitor the system in the intended mode of operation.
• Product compliance is the responsibility of the client; therefore, the tests and equipment modes of operation within the scope of this quotation were agreed upon by the client, prior to testing. The results will pertain only to the sample(s) tested.
• The internal and external configuration of the test samples and support equipment is the responsibility of the client. If the client attends the testing, they are responsible for the configuration of the test sample and modes of operation for each test.
• If the test samples are unattended during testing, then clear instructions for the configuration of the test samples and support equipment must be provided prior to testing; and agreed upon in writing by both GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV and the client. Test samples must be clearly labeled externally so identification of the critical items is obvious and can be seen without disassembly. The labeling must match the instructions.
• Any materials that are hazardous must be declared in writing (email or letter) prior to arrival at GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV. The safety data sheet (SDS) must be provided and provisions must be made ahead of time for safe storage and use while at GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV. If special arrangements are not made, GTECHs Dynamic Solutions S de RL de CV may refuse delivery of hazardous materials and may cancel scheduled test time at the customer’s expense based on our cancellation policy.
